Cut stem off chili pepper and cut in half from stem to tip. Remove stem and seeds. Slice lengthwise in thin strips. Chop across the strips into pieces as small as possible. If needed, continue to chop finer with chef's knife. Make sure you wash hand well after mincing chili peppers. You can burn your eyes if you rub them from the heat of the pepper.
